Sad little King of a Sad little Hill
- Bald, gray eyes, a little flabby, has a deranged look about him. Misc facial scarring.
- Overly self-important in the extreme. Arguably delusional. Definitely neurotic, possibly psychotic. Refers to himself in the third person.
- He’s very serious about ruling his kingdom, and very territorial. Has several petty feuds going with small regional gangs. Big on keeping promises, both his own and others made to him. Wields a plunger as his scepter, “holds court” on his porcelain “throne.”
