All Settlements Expanded

Description: All 27 standard commonwealth settlements and Boston Airport, have a larger build area when using this mod. Typically out to a source of water. But not all of them can have this. (Does not include DLC locations or home plate)
Increases build area. Increases NPC sandbox. No objects or terrain touched. No enemy spawn markers in build area. Also shows new borders. They are a little wonky looking on some but they are exact.
