As a service to the Sim Settlements community this section of the Wiki will be focused on listing non-Sim Settlement mods that can complement the use of Sim Settlements and its addons. These include new settlement locations, existing settlement border expansions, workshop extensions, etc.
This page has just started so it may be a little bit before it fills up.
All mods listed on this page are not "Sim Settlement" mods. They were developed by other modders and were developed as stand alone mods to help players of Fallout 4 improve their settlements. Please note that none of these mods require Sim Settlements, nor does Sim Settlements require any of them to work.
