Where There’s Smoke Quest Stuck

Hey guys, having trouble finishing the Where There’s Smoke quest. I’m using the Wabbajack mod list Magnum Opus if that matters.
When looking for the Gunners with Jake and finally getting to the cutscene where everyone’s guns are drawn, I get stuck aiming over the dude’s shoulder after Jake says “Hey Slick, little help here?”
I can fire my weapon and melee until I get close to the guy but cannot make the conversation go any further.
I googled the problem and some people were having success by turning off Dialogue Camera and turning it back on at certain points but it still doesn’t help. By doing that, I can get to the part where I say “Put your gun down.” but after the guy responds, I’m right back to aiming over his shoulder and we’re all staring awkwardly at each other in 3rd person. Any way to fix this or continue the quest? Was having a blast up until this point.

Try going to the other 2 places Aiden "could have" been before entering the area where he actually is. That's the only way I can get through the dialogue scene myself. This has worked for quite a few people stuck at the same place. Hope this helps.
