Strange Jake Private Frequency Problem's

I can't advance the story of SS2 due to a strange bug. Whenever I listen to Jake's private frequency on the pipboy radio it instead plays Archibald's radio frequency instead. This is even weirder because I can also tune in to Archibald's radio frequency and I will get his repeated message over the radio as well (and it will continue where it left off if I switch frequencies mid message). Can someone explain to me why this is happening.

edit: Apparently even after finishing Archibald's quest his radio frequency is still on my pipboy (along with the bug)

I actually still have this bug in the newest version of SS2.

I Have this too.
Additionally, If I'm tuned to Jake Private Frequency, there is no delay to the start of Dark Horizon, Hostal Takeover, or Moving Day quests.
I'm using the SS2, WSFW, and Chapter2.
