I have had a long time problem in my save that my happiness will not move from 20. Through different mods I can see that my happiness target is 68.05~ but it hasn't moved in the past 24 hours of real life time.
These are the things I've tried:
  • Update WSFW,
  • Get rid of incompatible mods
  • Restarted every possible mod or reset any caches
  • Waited for 20 minutes in my settlement
  • Used Resaver to clean save.

Most of my Papyrus log just consists of this:
[12/05/2021 - 05:33:15PM] [workshopscript < (001E81EA)>]Starting timer to retry daily update. Awaiting properties to be configured from WSFWResourceManager.

Does WSFW load before SS2? (longshot)

Its possible you had a mod loaded that conflicted with WSFW and for some strange reason, WSFWResourceManager never started. If that's the case, your save is trash and a new game would be the only remedy. You can test this by entering this console command sqv WSFWResourceManager at the bottom it should show if the quest is running or not. If it is not, you can try cqf WSFWResourceManager Start (that may be backwards) I can't remember off the top of my head the function call to initialize the quest.

I would still recommend starting a new game so your save doesn't blow up on you 30 hours later...
