So i am trying to set up the castle after just having cleared it, and i am running in to a bit of a nuisance that appears to be an oversight in to how SS is coded with this guy (although it is entirely possible it is a problem solely on my side cause i find it strange i have found no other mention of this problem).
This one settler is assigned to the radio, and it appears the vanilla game does NOT count him towards settler needs, he can not be commanded, moved or ordered to be anywhere else, but he has no food or water ro bed requirements it looks like. The settlere count is 3, but it is in the green with 2 water and food.
Now in SS, as you can see in the HUD framework he IS in fact counted for as far as SS is conserned, and because i can not assign him to a residential, n'or does the radio count as a job i can never fill those requirements for the castle.
So yeah, i don't know what's going on here, or why i have found no other mention of this bug, but it seems like it should be hardcoded in SS that whoever is assigned to that radio doesn't break the rest.
