Internal 1x1 "accent" plots

I've been thinking this for a while; basically every time I feel obligated to add a private bathroom to someone's living quarters.

I'd like to see 1x1 snappable internal plots. They wouldn't be assignable or count as residences although maybe a minor tax bump or energy cost could be included optionally to show the effect of a larger living area.

I'm thinking of things like kitchens (with tile), enclosed bathrooms (with walls, floor and a door), and other parts of a living spaces. Creators could add them with or without internal walls and doors. Clutter could be randomized as in most plots. The floor would either include a carper decal to cover the location's flooring or maybe 1x1 carpeting could be added from other mods. That'd be more work though.

Consistency over where a window would be might be helpful if you don't want them covered over like interior plots do now if the back wall isn't solid.

Possibly specific accent plot types would be needed for random placement; i.e. bathroom, kitchen, etc.

Samutz's Vault-Tec Tools seems to do this with cafeteria tables, bathrooms, and schools although he seems to have other mechanics such as using a terminal to expand rooms.

This is just a thought that I have whenever I put in a toilet, mirror, and a sink behind a half wall at the end of a 1x2 studio apartment :)

I suppose this wouldn't even need to be just for Sim Settlements. Add a bedroom square and you can use it to speed up furnishing even manual builds.

Making them functional with CWSS would be really kool! You could make CWSS a required mod.. but getting permission to use the assets would be even better.

I know! I get even by going to their house in the morning and using their toilet.
