Cant find Zoning Laws option to make vanilla beds and jobs count as SS1 homes and jobs I'm on Xbox

I want to have different settings for different settlements I have RoTC and IR installed

Local settings for your Settlements is available only by using the Terminal on the City Planner's Desk.
Options > Gameplay > Local Settings

Oh okay awesome! Also I couldn't find the zoning configuration laws either to set my vanilla jobs to count as jobs towards upgrade and commercial progress. I really appreciate the help.I wanted to set the vanilla beds as counting as homes as well with that

Unless thats only available through the city planners desk as well but I didnt see it

I was looking in the wrong wiki sorry! In original SS1 the vanilla jobs and beds count as SS jobs and homes automatically
