Value and Happiness Glitch

After beating the main quest (Was also the first time I used a city plan), sometimes various settlement values change to an extremely high number (starts with 429) and happiness decreases, it fixes itself once I go to that settlement and open the workshop, it's still really bad, if you don't notice it. Especially since you can now lose settlements if their happiness is too low, and I don't want that. After all it said I'll need a lotta settlements in the next part.

In the WSF option you can change that there is an option to turn off that Settlements left you why they have to low Morale.

The 'settlement leaves your control if happiness stays too low for too long' thing could actually happen in the vanilla unmodded game, too; you'd just have to actively be TRYING to make their happiness even drop that low outside of weird glitches like this one. (like, deliberately making sure they have no beds/food/water/defense AND letting enough people die in incoming attacks)
