Using assets in base game to enhance player combat

DLC offers many new enemies, trappers, pack, and other raider varieties. We should take the raiders from nuka world and have them attempt to invade and attack settlements if the player decided to be a liberator and kill nuka world raiders. The escapees come back to target whatever liberator faction the player belongs too adding more to the story. With trappers from far harbor you can simply just have them randomly attack coastal settlements or anything near water to add more conflict than generic raider A or generic gunner B.

Also we should try to use gear assets "clothing/armor" and weapons on all raiders at random to create a more diverse picture when seeing generic raiders. The same can be done with gunners via utilizing some militarized minutemen helmets/ backpacks.
