stuck on Ch3 Calling Vault-tek

after completing Victory Lap I'm told to speak to Lupe to start the next quest, this isn't the problem i'm stuck on she talks to me right away to begin the quest, the problem i'm having is that my quest log wont update that i've spoken to her so even after I speak to the person reaching out to me I can't complete the quest because it still wants me to talk to Lupe but further discussion with her is just generic dialog

3) Leave
4) Thoughts
I looked up the quest and it says Aiden or Jake come in as the call with the person ends but as my quest log wont update they just stand outside staring at the comarry and like Lupe have generic dialog, i've tried reloading and choosing all dialog options to see if maybe one was glitched but it all results in the same with my quest log not updating that i've spoken to Lupe, I've waited 24hrs both inside and outside of the HQ i've walked around waiting for 24hrs to pass normally but it didn't change anything, I can't get the epilogue quests as a result, I haven't tried messing with the quest stages via CC because it usually breaks the entire mod if I do and after having to restart no less than 7 times due to quest breaking bugs that I couldn't get around and the found solutions didn't work for me, I really don't want to break it so close to the end

Hello! I also ran into this problem 20 minutes ago and decided to register on this forum to help others.
After talking to the Lupe (when the marker has not disappeared), go to the terminal, activate it, then open the console and enter the command "setstage ss2c3_mq37 400".
After that, go to the microphone, and the conversation with Madison will continue.
