SS workshop UI missing + inability to interact with the building plans on the desk :(

This is my first forum post but I’ve run into a problem I can’t figure out myself.
After 20 levels in & I use a downloaded city plan for Finch Farm at level 20 I get back into the game to find I can’t see the resources or stats required by the mod.
I’ve updated HUDFramework
I’ve updated WorkshopFramework
I’ve disabled any conflicting mods that are related to the HUD or workshop mode to no avail and even reinstalling most mods involved to no success.

Welcome to the forums, @Antarticoon !
Would you please:
1. Post your plugins load order. (This is helpful to sort out issues.)
2. Include the name of the City Plan/Link (Note: City Plans that were for SS1 are not compatible with SS2.)
Or you can check up on your load order and known issues on your own. Load order is important for SS2 to function correctly.
Installation and Load Order, Known Issues

Ok i got my load order and I admit I've only been using LOOT to organize it but Im curious why an issue appeared after implementing the (Finch Salvage Recovery - Sim Settlements 2 City Plan Contest Winner February 2022) as I had downloaded that on my test playthrough before this current one. I have seen online a bug where on exit and re-entry of power armor causes a HUD bug because I remember leaving my power armor for the first time in a while and then it caused the error. (I have also used Settlement Menu Repair multiple times after i tried my own fixes to no avail :sad)

Also I see you have some city plans linked with your message, I want to be able to use some of yours Especially Graygarden and your Greentop plans looking cleaaaaaan
Edit: New question after looking at the recommended load order link; Should I not be using Loot to manage my load orders anymore? Loot's all I've ever known my guy I'd feel bad to do it to her.
Also is using xEdit to clean up files really that important? I learned how to do that when i first started experimenting with mods years ago but soon forgot:)

I don't really see anything wrong with your load order. Maybe, some others (more knowledgabe than me) could have a look too? :declare
Some of your mods I don't recognize.

I see that you are using Extended Dialogue (XDI). You'll need a patch for that for SS2, link to that on the Known Issues page. Though that won't help your issue.
You don't need Salvage Beacons, SS2 has beacons included. DECAY is on the Known Issues list.
I wouldn't be using Scrap Everything for various reasons, mostly that it scraps things that shouldn't be scrapped.

Here's a good tutorial on Load Orders by Gamerpoets:
Modding 101 || Load Order || A to ESL || Elder Scrolls & Fallout
Some good tips on this page too (at the bottom):
Fixing Your Game

I'm not a Loot user, nor am I an expert xEdit cleaner. I actually haven't ever cleaned :blush -- Gamerpoets has some excellent tutorials on xEdit as well, but unfortunately with all the testing I do now, I don't have a fully modded game anymore. :sad
I use Mod Organizer 2 and generally do load orders manually, according to the wiki page I linked above.

Thanks for the attempt, I found someone else on another site who had a similar issue minus the not being able to interact with the Manage City button that was three pages long but ended in tears.
Anyone have any ideas? I’d rather not make a new save bc I’ve made so much progress with other settlements ;-;

OK ODD BUT I removed the Salvage Beacons mod as you said and despite it being totally unrelated, I am able to interact with the Manage City button now but still unable to see the HUD but this is progess people :)

Edit: ok so interacting with Manage City doesn’t work in some settlements (Slog) but in others if I spam E on where the map will load in right after placing the desk enables me to get to the prized menu

The SS2 HUD (or anything else that uses HUDFramework, for that matter) may not display correctly if you are using any other mods that alter the 'crosshair' (I don't see any of those there, but I don't recognise a lot of that load order) or have switched that off altogether in the base game's options menus. Check that's still turned on?

Yup the crosshair is on and not edited
