Hi @MrCJohn - The plots are just regular plots so you can build as normal. If you are playing conqueror with them installed they provide special buffs to your troops.

I'm not sure which plot you are referring to? I don't have a war truck plot (yet.....). You might be thinking about one of @uituit plots?
You can see all my plots at level 1 in the images on the Nexus page.
