Hi,
Using the detailed Return of the Commonwealth. When cities are being built they do not place all the power lines they should.
I have to finish manually placing them. Select then tab the ones that don't actually connect to reconnect them correctly.
Even the "Run City Power Lines" desk command won't correct this.
Some items look like power conduits but are actually still power generating items, free 10 Power a shot. County Crossing Level 0 has about 140 unconnected power in this situation. Including a 10 power conduit in the ground between the farm plots... are they supposed to be hidden this way?
Is this supposed to be balanced this way?
