Quest Bug

I encounterd 2 Quest bugs:

Branigan‘s bounty: I can‘t talk to craig the other one;
I shot at him
i tried to get the key
opend the door after i talked to him
tried disable and enable

Collecting Publications Detail
After i completed this quest and finished the the following quest where you recruit the ghoul judge; after the update the quest triggered again. I can talk to the male forseti cop and he ask me if i made progress, altough i completed the quest before
 
No i don‘t have it;
i have at least 160 mods activated, and i want to start a new game anyways. so it can be anything, altough i have no quest mods related to that area, but it maybe conflict with fourville
 
Same bug. Can't talk to Craig. However, in my log, it still show I have to kill some raiders.
Using Console command, I was able to get through the quest. Quest ID: SS2C2_ConcordQuest_Branigan_00_SAG

Using SetStage SS2C2_ConcordQuest_Branigan_00_SAG 170 gave me an objective to unlock the cage which allowed me to untie and speak to Craig.
 
hmm intersting, i also had „kill raiders“ active, but i had no problem with finding the key and open the cage, i will use setstage tough, im sure one of my interfaces is interfering with it, does somebody of you have maybe the quest ID for my second bug issue?,
oh and ofc i will respond how the game acted and if other flaws errupt out of it, cheers mah boys ;)

It seems, that setstage worked for me perfectly

Old thread I know, but I played with it a bit and discovered that if you attack from a distance and kill all the raiders before actually seeing Craig, it doesn't kick over the "get the key" part.
So I circled around and came front the road side, facing the cage without alerting the raiders and everything progressed normally.

Short version:
Don't kill the boss before the quest objective changes to get the key.
Damn you to hell, Margaret :)
