No new quests starting?

I've just finished the Dog quest getting Nuka to the settlement and now I nothing new is starting. No new quests, NPCs, or radio broadcasts have started and Jake is still at the Sattelite Station not moving or talking to me. Is there something I need to do to progress or did I get bugged somewhere?

Give him roughly 48 hours in game

Did the quest Scaver's Delight complete? Did you get a misc quest to go to West Everett Estates? If not, the quest bugged out. I had this happen on my second playthrough and didn't notice until 3 hours later....

Yup, that did it. Did Nuka Dog and Super Mutant Quest. Came back and slept for 48 hours and the Radio signal came in for the next quest.
