Infinite loading as I clean the basement

Hi everyone I love this mod, but recently as I finished cleaning up the basement in the GNN HQ, a weird thing happened, as soon as I finished with the last bit of the basement, I could no longer Save the game, quicksave, or leave the GNN HQ, I always get stuck in a loading screen,

sorry about the lag it starts up as soon as I record, anyhow, the list of mods is in the attached file, I would also add that if I don't do the last three basement cleanup missions, it is fine I can leave the GNN and the game works wonderfully
If anyone can help it would be absolutely amazing, I love the concept of an HQ
