Important Data Missing Bug, HELP

Hey, Im new to the mod Sim Settlements 2. I had a good time playing the mod, but I came across a bug that I think should be addressed the most. The title of my thread says it. Missing Important Data. This all started one day out of the blue, I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. So im resorting to my last option of getting you guys to patch this bug if you can. Heres some proof that im not bull****ing you. What makes me a bit angry is that no one said anything about this to you people, like there are people on here talking about this problem and no one who updates the mod giving it patches does anything about this specifc bug that actually prevents you from progressing further and further into the mod. Because this is a bug that REALLY needs to be patched. Proof is below

It's telling you that you are missing something now for SS2 to function. The notification is from Workshop Framework.
If you updated recently to the current release, you also need HUDFramework installed. If you haven't installed that, the game would not function correctly since it's required.
