Fort Strong flag marked as enemy. Unable to complete assault.

Same thing happened at Vault 95. I had to skip the first part of the quest due to a possible bug with the assault system (couldn't assault the location, kpet getting told no outposts in range, even with unlimited range). The next part of the quest was to kill all remaining defenders, which happened to be the flag post.
yes same i could not use my binoculars to tag fort strong i had to do it from the war desk. there must be something going on with the standalone flag here.
I was also having this issue while trying to take back captured settlements except it was marking the workbench as an enemy reinforcement.
I hope they fix these issues soon..
