Farming Muties are ya? The males are useless except as cannon fodder. And I've never seen a female one. So I'm thinking they should die out after awhile. :unknw:hi

Not intentionally... that is from SKK Settlement Attack (strength 200 diff 100 - otherwise they all would have had rocket launchers!)...

:)

"Abernathy might be attacked soon..." Plus the Abernathy's converted to Combat Settlers... and with a lot of my PC shooting perks... well, probably more likely the non-vanilla companion that I modified into kick butt … errr.. courser type … she was camera shy...

Poor Clarabell had to be resurrected... and a cat... or 2.. lol.

Started a new game after managing to mod mine into unplayability. I'm having fun with it so far:ScreenShot0.png ScreenShot1.png ScreenShot3.png ScreenShot4.png ScreenShot5.png ScreenShot6.png ScreenShot7.png
One of the mods I picked up adds four settlements close to Sanctuary, so I gave each a bit of a theme and linked them to Sanctuary, which I'm intending to develop into the trade hub/make into the main trade connection beyond.

Northern Exposure - really great mod - so much in one plugin slot...

I have been rather busy over the past couple weekends. Preston decided I should go to Kingsport light and claim it for the Minutemen. This was fun. I left the original house structure alone, and basically stripped and cleaned out all the dead trees, trash piles and other such stuff. I also added a group of houses similar to the one already there. ENH20200209200203_1.jpg

I started adding details around the property.....a fish farm....ENH20200212223941_1.jpg

Stairs down to the beach from the players home....

You can see where the beach meets the bottom of the stairs. That looked ugly as hell so I had to finesse the whole thing into place. Under the stairs was a small nightmare because of the rockwork. I had to copy some of the cliffs and then paste 'em so they looked like the 1x1 wood foundations were sitting on top of the cliffs.

After the big stairs went in, I decided that having a smaller one coming almost directly from the main house.

So you mat be wondering.... those aren't SS plots. Not to fear. The whole settlement is built using interior plots and housing units inside the other structures. Some of them have as many as 4 interior plots inside. 20200215202202_1.jpg
As is common here IRL, I decided to build another seafood shack at the bottom of the hill. The player house sits at the end of a road, perched on the cliffs here.

ENH20200216115939_1.jpg I built the al fresco kitchen out back. I more or less finished it up before I made the marquee sign and interior.

FYI, since we don't have any legit type setup to handle live lurkies, I used modeller's license. I used 2 long countertops that sunk into the ground, and two bathtubs from HZY's mod for the sea-bugs to live in... at least before they hit the boiling seawater. For those who don't know, lobsters need to be kept alive untill they are cooked. After about three hours dead, the meat will start to spoil. The countertops represent the hidden piping and machinery for the water.

Last to go in were some trees and groundcovers from SKE (the pines) and Creative Gardens. ENH20200216185223_1.jpg
Those pines are actually outside the legal build area, so it was a dash and drop kind of placement. You can also sort of see the elevation gain in this.

Phil, I have to say I really like what you did outpost zimonja with the refinery theme.

This is the same vibe. I really like the pipe theme. It's original and fits so well into the game world.

A style that is one of the most original of any I have seen. From my perspective, I think it is outstanding. I'm inspired!

Now I need to go out and find me some pipes. Really fricken-cool, that is what I am trying to say.

Wow thanks very much RayBo!

I had lost my motivation to build for a while, but Zimonja is one of my favourite locations and I would've regretted not entering so I forced myself. I enjoyed it so much I built this straight away after.
I'm going to put it on the nexus in a week or so, it has a foot bridge that connects just outside the castle side entrance. It's a lot of work so it's going to take a few more days.
