Suggestion Conquer... raiders?

Disclaimer: I was primarily an Xbox user but have since made the decision to switch to PC and will hopefully have one built by December/January, so I have not played Conqueror yet outside of watching videos/reading posts, etc.

So as far as I know, Jammer gives you some quests to take some raider bosses' heads right? That makes sense, all well and good, but being a huge Walking Dead fan, Negan got me thinking... what if you could at some point initiate certain raider gangs into your own army instead of just taking them all out?

The initial quests could remain the same, as it would make sense to take out some other gangs to solidify your own ruthlessness in the eyes of potential recruits, but if your army was large enough why wouldn't you attempt to make it larger by making a deal with other gangs or flat out intimidating them later into the playthrough/questing?

This could work by either by having them remain at their base location and turning them friendly, perhaps having them supply you tribute, or rather just taking their numbers and absorbing them into your own outposts to avoid conflict with potential quests that target these specific locations. Perhaps the quest to recruit them would involve some kind of intimidation or killing of their leader or something, but really this could be open ended.

Note: If this functionality already exists within the mod (I haven't watch let's plays of these initial quests or anything) then I apologize and you can close or take down this thread. It just came to me while watching the walking dead.

Edit: also if this suggestion already exists, ditto

Lol, you will have to wait. You can't make scrambled eggs without cracking a few heads first.

lol I'm already waiting to get a pc anyway, it'll be a few months. This is just a suggestion, I'm aware that they aren't even close to endgame yet.
