Cannot see the "Manage Soldier" option

Hi, I am currently on the "Hostile Waters" quest and have done all the requirements except the one where I need to change a soldier to a medic. I researched the medic loadout from the HQ, have a level 2 armory, but I cannot see an option to "Manage Soldier" like the screenshot in the wiki (https://wiki.simsettlements2.com/gameplay/War-Mechanics/Managing-a-Soldier).

Note: I tried on a non automatron settler and got the same results.

The manage option doesn't appear during an assault, that could be it, or some mods that change settler names will prevent that option from appearing.
The old 'Don't call me Settler' mod was causing this bug for me,so I had to remove it.

There are no active assaults at the time. Just trying to complete the "Hostile Waters" quest.

As for Settler mods, the only one I have installed is Better Settlers and Automatron - Robots Protected when Created for Automatron settlers. Will check without the Automatron Protected mod.

Edit: Nope, disabled both mods and still did not get the "Manage Soldier" option.

Edit2: Found it. It was conflicting with QuickTrade. Need the compatibility patch for it.
