Tread started in: Commercial Signage missing texture

I was checking all my settlements to see if i find more plots with this missing texture and i found the same Agricultural Plot (Image 2) without the missing textures, the plot with the missing texture is in the Graygarden and the one with no texture missing is in the Finch Farm.

A little update:
I check the finch farm again and the plot is at Lv2 and the texture are not missing, so apparently at Lv 1 the texture go missing at Lv 2 it appears again and at Lv3 it disappear again so currently the plots are looking like this:

Location: Graygarden
Level: 3

Location: Finch Farm
Level: 2

So if this is how it works so when the finch farm plot gets a upgrade the missing texture will appear, maybe the plot that Ilja have is currently a Lv 2.

Also something that i notice while messing with the carpet from the residential plot, there is a bunch of duplicated items one inside another even the carpet, take a look:

I most certainly have the latter plot. I will try to build it at morning, before rushing out of the door.

Hey guys. I was super busy yesterday morning. I just checked the latter plot. All textures appear in my game.

From the picture above, it looks like hay is missing texture in your game. It doesn't look like archive would be missing files or damage by default. Did you try to redownload and reinstall, just in case that archive got somehow damaged during original download?

I'am sure that the texture file didn't get damage, cus i have 2 of the same plot (the hay one) and in one all the textures are okay no problem and in the other the texture are missing, i didn't try to re download the mod but i try refreshing the plots and didn't work

Do you have all of the DLC? I think some of these designs might have DLC items in them that I didn't notice.

As a reference: this is how the same plot looks in my game. My version of the plot comes from Year One Mega Pack, which does not seem to have any DLC requirements. Kevbal's original mod didn't seem to have them either.

If archives are fine, then could there be some conflict in resource priorities, where something is changing texture ID?

Someone told me those haybale textures come from NukaWorld. I have it on my list to confirm next time I work on the Megapack.

but if it came from nuka word that should mean that the whole thing would be purple, right? And even tho the texture is working but not in all plots, maybe is something to do with the location?

That explains it. I need to flag those buildings as requiring DLC.

The buildings are all made of a mix of textures, so the textures you have will show up, and the missing ones will be the funky purple color.

So the texture that is apply to the hay changes from plot to plot ?
and if you put the DLC requirement can i still play with the mod even without the DLC?

I'm not sure what you mean about it changing from plot to plot. There is no hay texture in the base game, so it's most likely from a DLC.

No, I can place DLC requirements on individual building plans and that plan just won't be usable if you don't have the DLC it requires, but everything else in the mod still will be.

That is what i don't get it, because i have a plot with all textures working (The one in Finch Farm) and one with the missing textures (The Graygarden one), if the texture aren't in the base game why both of the plots with missing texture?

ohhh i think i got it now (Maybe) i was checking the plot in the Finch Farm and now is Lv3 and i don't have any missing textures but i compare the plaque with the graygarden one and is different
The Graygarden one is "[HI] GHRazor CB by kevbal" and the Finch Farm is "[HI] GHRazor WB by kevbal", does that mean they are different plots just by the CB and WB?

Ohh i see so maybe that's the problem, the texture is probably different in the Concrete Base
