Solved Walls not loading in

Hello, I've recently gone from playing FO4 on PS4 to PC and naturally Sim Settlements was high on my list. I got the 3 in 1 pack, no Conquerors. I'm currently trying to use the city builder mode on Sanctuary. I got McCready as leader, and they immediately demolished what was built and began building anew. For some reason it skipped past the cinematic and stuff just began appearing all around me, but after about an hour into the process and some walls have still not loaded in despite there being wall-mounted stuff floating freely. I can move freely through as if no wall is there. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if the walls will simply be loaded in later, but it does kind of break immersion.

Are you using a scrap mod?
That looks like the building with the workshop workbench in it. Vanilla scraping cant remove that building.

It's not just this building though. All of the old Sanctuary houses have this issue.
Like UitUit said there are buildings in many of the settlements which can't be scrapped normally which include many of the Sanctuary houses. The city plans will have been designed to include those items. It looks like you have a mod installed which is allowing those expected buildings to be scrapped.

The only mod I have like that is Scrap Everything... I suppose disabling it now is not going to fix the issue?
Scrap Everything is a common cause of many issues and avoided by most, a quick search for it on these forums should give you an avalanche of reasons not to touch it. On top of making city plans not work it is linked to performance issues. Removing it may bring the walls back but removing big mods is not recommended as it is likely to cause you more problems further down the line.

Yeah removing it mid game can be very bad as Mr NdCowdy says.
best to remove and start a new game.

IF one Hope's for a long term game, cut your losses and start over a new game. You can install but not enable the mods.

Start new games with the minimum. Your mod is still available, but be very careful turning on mods and make sure it is necessary. No sense filling the load order in the game if not really going to use.
