unknown mod broke ss2 and i cant debug

long story short i am running a very complex load order and made a mistake by not starting ss2 before going into other content and getting my character to the point in their story where ss2 fit ( i write stories as i play ) long stopry short i am now standing next to jake in concord being told to kill raiders that have been dead for months in game time and will not be respawning thanks to another mod and i was not able to say they are already dead so i need a console command so i can get on with my story cuz just makeing another file would really suck.

i am at this point overboss of nukaworld a deputy of the fens sheriffs department and have a rather robust collection of hard to find items thanks to ketaros treasures on display in the overboss quarters all the details of which ive written a thus far 87 page book about if anyone can give me the command the progress the story to the point of the raiders being dead i am begging you please give it to me i already tried just useing a command to get the city manager holotape but that didnt acheive anything.

the hope is that this will be the only time i find myself needing to ask for a command to get ss2 running properly

In the Concord Hardware store, if you look in the last window from the Museum, there is a City Manager Holotape on top of the shelf. You can grab it and use it to skip to the next main story quest.. OR
You can build a City Planner's Desk in a settlement you own and craft one.. OR
If you have MCM, selecting the Sim Settlements menu option, you can just Give Holotape.

Use the City Manager Holotape: Tools > Quest Skipping and skip to the next main SS2 quest

i am going to try again but i alrady used the console to get the holotape and wasnt able to open it assumed it was quest locked

Tools > Cheats > Quest Skipping
Sorry my instruction wasn't quite right.

If you must find a console command, I don't know where you are at in your quest. You can find quest ids and quest stages in the Quest Guides, however, it is safer to use the Quest Skipping.
