Translating into spanish

Translation question (It's not important)

Many lines of text seem to contain an error, but I am beginning to think if it is for some reason or that it is simply ported from another site and has gone wrong.

For example: "...out with Carla, she can bring me tapes - maybe even old terminals,..."
For me the correct thing would be: "...out with Carla, she can bring me tapes, maybe even old terminals,..."

There are many separate words with a "-" but a "," makes more sense

I'd like to know how you found that text the first time. With the Creation Kit text search feature I couldn't find it, and FO4 seems to have no text search feature. I'm sorry about these newbie questions, but I waste a lot of time.

You, like the translator on the Russian site, use ESP-ESM Translator. I use xTranslator.

When you asked for the first time I downloaded the Russian translation and integrated the translation into xTranslator.

xTranslator immediately showed that the string "Find Owner" was not translated.
I looked at FormID, checked in xEdit, checked in the game, told you.

I'm not familiar with ESP-ESM Translator, so I can't tell if it's a translator or program error.
But xTranslator offers to translate these lines.
 
Right, with Xtranslator I can see them, mystery solved. I guess it's an ESP-ESM Tranlator configuration issue.

It hadn't occurred to me to check with Xtranslator, thanks. At first I started with Xtranslator, but the two programs have different advantages and problems.

I cannot read this typeface. It is a plaque from the museum.

Everything is supposed to be old, broken and rusty, but it doesn't read well. Can it be changed to improve readability a bit? Where?

kinggath explains to me that all the words in the tree are in the plugin. I have everything translated and no translation appears in the tree.

These are the words Tech Tree
I have looked at it with xTranslator and ESP-ESM Translator without result.
I can find some words and translate them, but they are not the ones that appear in the tree.
I would like someone to confirm yes/no if you find them.

Some words are in the swf files.

I was considering generating the strings to send to Kinggath and include them in main.ba2, as wim95 suggested, but ... There are a total of 83 texts that are "invisible" to translation programs and not all strings can be generated.
  • 44 texts in SimSettlements.esm
  • 32 texts in Config.json
  • 5 texts in SimSettlements_TechTree.swf
  • Doc
-Config.json is generated automatically, but afterwards the texts must be manually modified.
-SimSettlements_TechTree.swf can be renamed to SimSettlements_TechTree_es.swf
-SimSettlements.esm and this? What solution is there, modify it?

What do you think? Normal version or strings version?

PD: Finishing Translation and starting tests, The latter I think will take longer than the translation. Now I have less time because we are no longer in quarantine.

Contact the developer? :grin Those variables are not shown because the plugin is made like this, I think. (xTranslator and ESP-ESM Translator, can't see them). I don't dare bother Kinggaht (again) with this topic. He replied that all these words exist in the plugin, correct, but it seems that something is missing to be able to see them with xtranslator or ESP-ESM Translator.

I'm going to look at your mod right now. I am so curious
 
Well, you don't need to contact the developer of the translator program

This text is not converted to strings. That's why programs don't see it. And they shouldn't.1.png

I have manually changed the name to make the tech tree look good, for now everything seems to work. Do you think I shouldn't have changed it?

But I think I can't do that. Because the problem I have is that that list of words that I have put, are not visible with the x translator/ESP tranlator and I cannot put the $ sign on them.

Your system is perfect. I liked it a lot.

Because this text is not intended for localization. This is RAW text as a script property.
Script properties can contain anything.
For example a link to a Message. Link, not the Message itself. Message is intended for localization.

I'm not very familiar with AS3 scripting system for SWF or HUDFramework, so I may be completely wrong. But how do I see it working.

Papyrus script sends a RAW string to HUDFramework. HUDFramework sends a RAW string to AS3 level. AS3 script shows RAW string.

The main problem is that I don't know Papyrus function that converts Message to RAW string.
Only F4SE. But no F4SE on consoles. So we use RAW strings instead of Messages

Good way for translation

Message -> Papyrus -> RAW string -> AS3 -> show
 
Well, considering all this information, it seems like I can't make a strings-only version without asking Kinggath for changes (I'm not going to disturb him). I will post the translation as I have it now (I have at least two weeks of testing left).

I am finishing the Conqueror translation and there is a word that I have stuck.

What the hell is Jury-rig? I can't make sense of it

I know, I'm just asking nonsense and I'm ashamed of it.:bad If someone could change the phrase to something that I can translate, my headache will be very grateful.
