Implemented Supply lines from settlements to outposts

Hi!

I'm doing a play-through with the SS, Conqueror and Minutemen faction add-on, and I am absolutely loving the additional depth this gives the settlements. Settlements are one of my favorite aspects of the game, but it always felt a bit strange to have a literal fortress without being able to help the other people of the commonwealth, and this addresses this desire.

I have one suggestion regarding the interaction between outposts and normal settlements however. I am doing a play-through with the Minutemen, but I find the outpost/vassal dynamic is a little bit out of character for the Minutemen. For 'evil' factions such as the raiders it is an awesome concept that fits perfectly, but for the Minutemen the vassals doesn't seem to fit to me. I also don't necessarily want all my settlements to be military outposts and not generate taxes, but not being able to support my military operation with supplies from my civilian settlements seems a bit strange. It kind of seems like it is an all-or-nothing approach (which again, is awesome and totally reasonable for the raiders etc.). I personally like the idea of a large civilian city with industry and agriculture protected by a heavy military fortress, and in turn supplying them with resources.

My suggestion is therefore: Allow outposts to form automatic supply lines to friendly civilian settlements on the same line as vassal settlements, or allow manual supply lines to be established between outposts and settlements. (For some factions at least.)

Thoughts?

This feature seems to already be implemented, I just did not seem to have found it...

So I played a couple of hours more. I captured a settlement as an outpost, and then converted it back into a settlement, fully under my control and all the military personnel was returned to one of my other outposts. However, when I went to manage my supply lines a bit later, I noticed that there was a supply line between my outpost and the settlement which I had captured and reverted to an outpost.

So it seems that in order to create the supply lines from your outposts to your normal settlements, you need to capture/liberate the settlement as an outpost, and then convert it back to a settlement, even though it was under your control to begin with.

I hope some of you find this helpful!

there is a mod with 2 industrial plots acting like logistics stations.
it works across all settlement types and creates supply lines automatically to settlements that also have a logistics station.

this way if you play as a liberator you can keep a few outposts and have them connected to free towns and share the supply between each other.
