Question Sim Setttlement Conqueror Armory help

Hi everyone,
So the story is, I downloaded Minutemen Liberator pack and quite enjoyed it. I fiddled around the Armory rank system in CK to change the outfit and weapon to my liking but it did not reflect in game, the soldier's equipment remained at Minutemen Private i.e. rank 1 level.
Things I did:
1. Make Militarized Minutemen and Militarized Minutemen - Patches Addon masters in FO4Edit
2. Create different outfits that points to Militarized Minutemen leveled items armors in CK
3. Follow part 4 of Kinggath's Sim Settlement Faction Leader's Toolkit, up to the part where he mentioned RankPerkOverrrides and RankLoadouts
4. Create and assign Amoury by Utuit, turn on Amory Equippment, test leveling up soldiers by console commands
At this point I'm stuck since the Toolkit did say these are for more advanced users, and it did not provide step-by-step instructions. I would much appreciate if an experienced modder can give a pointer.

 

Update: Sorry for the false alarm, I was being dumb. The console command was merely to test the ranking system, not the equipment itself. I ranked up my soldiers through battles and they were assigned the correct equipment.
