Settlement unique plots

This is a suggestion for some plots that only work in the settlement they are in. As an example of what I mean in sanctuary hills there is that one area where the road goes around in a circle around a large tree in the center. For this settlement, you would get a unique recreational plot to turn that entire spot into a small park. In a settlement like the Castle, you get a unique martial plot you can place on each of the corner areas. For some other settlements that may not have some unique features but maybe meant for specific things like farming or water production you could have larger than normal farms that are maybe 4x2 or larger industrial plots that are maybe 3x3 for some of the smaller settlements maybe have 1x1 plots available in them and so on. I think this would help to make each settlement a bit more unique.

Oh, another idea would be a for the circle with the tree in Sanctuary would be a unique martial plot made from a tree house built around the tree. For sunshine tidings Coop maybe a unique residential plot that snaps to each of the houses there (not counting the one missing a wall).

ur second idea is wat I kinda did for my sanctuary city build .
walled off al that area around the cul de sac :)
the one I did was mostly for Xboxes and low end PCs but I may do a big round fort some time :)

Yeah, I thought that area would be a nice place for a park or a large tree house you can use as your security hub. The shape just makes it hard to build around it and all the rocks and brambles make it hard to do anything with unless you scrap them with mods.

yeah those headges are stronger than steel lol

So, this concept of a settlement unique plot is already technically possible via the plot branching system that Industrial Revolution introduced.

By adding an AV to each settlement workbench (for example SancAV to Sanctuary), you can use that AV to gate the plot branch so that the branch is only available if you are in the correct settlement.

Not quite as ideal as having it built in directly perhaps, but technically feasible today.

That would be pretty interesting as well having like a unique water purification build in settlements with access to large amounts of water or something along those lines. What I'm talking about though are settlement plots that have their own unique shapes meant to only be used in a handful of places that fit those strange shapes like each of the 5 corners of the castle or the circle around the large tree in Sanctuary or a plot that makes the greenhouse at grey garden one gigantic farm plot that will upgrade and make enough food for the whole settlement but still look like the robots are doing it all. Not every settlement would have one just those settlements with features that are normally nice but hard to build around.
