Thank you Eldarth (spanish sith?).
I've just installed this to start from scratch at my starlight; just a few notes for those reading these: you are level 7, so unless you use 'tgm' in the console you might die while moving around, I got caught by a mine! Also while 'tgm' gives you access to otherwise unbuildable objects that are normally resticted to higher perk levels, you can't build the picket fences because you don't have the magazines, I added them by console.
I'm not sure if there are any other objects unavailable at that low level/perk, meanwhile here are the console commands to add the picket fence magazines:
player.additem ID
where ID is one of:
00184d8b, 00184db7, 00180a36, 00185cdd, 00185cee
if you make a .txt file in your top fallout4 dir (mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4) with the following contents:
player.additem 00184d8b;
player.additem 00184d8b;
player.additem 00180a36;
player.additem 00185cdd;
player.additem 00185cee;
I called mine 'fences', then you can run the following in console: bat fences,
keeping this txt file saves having to look up the ids everytime!
If you are using the savegame from this mod then you are playing as a new character so these commands won't affect your progress with your current character, I'm attempting to use NMM's profile feature to pare down the mods used by my 'Planner' character - not sure how reliable that is though!
I also managed to remove the three piles of scrap in the water at starlight by using 'tcl' to turn off collision and then go under water to click on them, try disable, and if it didn't work, enable to put back whatever was disabled, and if it did work then markfordelete. Save before each attempt, I have no scrapping mods installed so hopefully, if other threads are correct, this shouldn't break precombines etc.
