Try Customize Plot - Change Plot Type/Change Building Skin. I also had trouble trying to figure how to build an Infirmary but basically you can't change the location of it, you can only 'upgrade' it to look better

i don't know were to put this but i found this in the OP:

Nukaworld Compatibility
The changes I made to allow this to work may have unexpected consequences, so very interested to hear what player's experiences are when using the two together.

as a matter of fact... i did several nuka world raider runs now, Home Sweet Home worked like a charme, i took 8 settlements and finished nuka world by completing Open Season (killing the Bosses first in one occasion, reclaiming the 8 Settlements first in another).

no matter what, the 8 Settlements behave strange.
first of all, in neither of the Settlements is it possible to select or change the Settlement Flag.
next, none of the 8 random settlements connects to the caravan network.

i tried several settlements all across the board, from north to south, from east to west and randomly by closing my eyes and pointing blind onto the monitor.

every settlement that never was a raider outpost behaves as it should, so my conclusion is that there is something up with with how (ex)raider settlements interact with ss2.

i would donate one of my affected saves but they are modified beyond recognition, all i know is that my mod list is the very same since before 2.3.2+hotfix and this hasn't happened before.
