Problem with flickering transparent structure and more.

The settings options I've seen most often when this bug (it's apparently a vanilla issue introduced with a patch last year) comes up in other places are Godrays and Ambient Occlusion, though that doesn't work for everyone.

Alright so running it in borderless windowed seemed to do the trick. God damn computers xD

I think this is due to my graphics card forcing Crossfire because of fullscreen mode and when in windowed it doesn't detect so it only runs the one I would swap to something better like Nvidia but currently I'm scraping the barrel and am very lucky to have something like it as a gift from my counsin.
