I just loaded my game back up and my only save, had just unlocked the four new plot types, knew what they were already so skipped the quest for them. Went back to Sanctuary to build up some of the new plots but now plots won't build up at all, I can place the invisible plot building as well as it eating up an ASAM however the plot itself won't build up, not even the small material pile and foundations don't show, can't interact with any ASAM of already built up plots, they exist there and have the button promts for both activate and details but pressing either does nothing, doesn't bring up the UI at all, my city planner doesn't have a terminal or chair with it anymore, just lets me craft new ASAMs and that's about it, it's like the mod is half there.
