&now, once I applied the power station one upgrade and it finished that same objective completed but my power transfer is still at 0
In fact i upgraded it to level 5 amd power capacity is at 2100 now! Power transfer is still 0
Well, at least it doesn't say 0/1000 anymore

And yeah, that screenshot at 850/1000 is where I am. So any problems beyond that is going to require someone smarter than me.

Just a quick check, have you built any municipal plots and then built a power transfer station on the plot? It may seem like a basic question, but you haven't outright stated you have done this step so I wanted to double check.

If you have done that, can you go to a settlement with a power transfer station and make sure it has excess power at that settlement?

Absolutely done all that with the help of someone who successfully completed "commonwealth rising"
In 5 or 6 settlements I have over 700 power in the green, a metric craptonne of advanced power stations and 1 power transfer plot in each all inter connected via municipal poeer pylons...in egret tours I actually have over a 1000 power & in sanctuary its over 1200...there is noooo way theres 0 surplus power..I also have done the above said in castle, Jamaica, oberland, sunshine tidings, the whatsitcalled drive in cinema settlement....
This is the most frustrating bug Ive ever come across in any video game ever...
Ive been at this for 3 weeks. Pls help

I thought this was fixed for me in the beta, but I am still losing my companions after spending more than 15 minutes in VR. Is there anyway, without backing up to the save before VR to get them back. The placeat.me command does not work either.

I really hate to say this, but when you say you've been at this for 3 weeks, do you mean the same game, with multiple different betas? If so, that may be where the problem lies.

I would try downloading and installing the final version, start a fresh game, and use the City Manager holotape (and extensive use of KAH, and other console codes), to get you back to rebuilding HQ again. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Good luck!

After this update my settlers no longer go to the HQ.
I got the clipboard and I get the usual HQ dialogue, only after confirming sending to GNN nothing happens and the settler remains assigned to their current settlement (based on the info from Vit-o-matic), and I can no longer invoke HQ dialogue on them.
I can see there is now "GNN" option on the list for moving settler to another settlement, but it's greyed out. Is it supposed to be that way?

I had this issue as well. As stated earlier in the thread it works if you change the extension from 7z to zip.
How and where do i do that i just tried in Vortex and i couldent. and i tried manuall download and tried to rename that after downloading and it will only let me change the name not the 7z so how do i do it and where?

This operation is best done in a file manager like Windows Explorer. If you are inexperienced in doing this task then your best option would be to watch a YouTube video on "How to change a file extention in Windows". It is actually quite simple.

Well, that's sort of good news (in that you may not need to restart), but I'm afraid I have no other suggestions. I'm assume you ought to be able to continue a game you started with the last stable release, but I don't know. Sorry!

CPD BADTFL notes:
This officer's lips don't move when speaking in the BADTFL (for different lines)
I also cannot cash in any more gunner tats, don't get the option from Lena - but that could be from XDI
Simon is also not here, will check the old CPD location20220724202036_1.jpg

If you sided with Simon during the mission with Patty and Pete Emins, the CPD will take a "lawful" path, and Lena doesn't take the Gunner Tattoos anymore.
There's a To DO Task, to resolve the quest and the tattoos in your inventory. I expect that will get cleaned up with the dev team does a CPD Quest line review and related fixes to outstanding issues.

Simon should be in CPD Headquarters (BADTFL) - usually I find him on the basement level
