Question Mole Rat Den Crashing on Save and Infinite loading while exiting.

As the title says when i save inside the Mole Rat den bellow the Red Rocket in Sacntuary my game crashes, also when i try to exit it the game goes into the infinite loading bug. At first i thought it was Conqueror but it still happens with Conqueror disabled. However when i disable the SS .esm file the game behaves normally again.

I use fo4edit to fix my load order, no major conflicts detected.
 
for me it was when running conqueror then it happens. without conqueror and 6 or 7 faction packs on nexusmod, molerat den under red rocket has no issue.

Since it seems to be related to big save files or something similar, I think prebuilt settlements are making it happen sooner.
 
update 4:
I now have only minutemen faction pack installed, removed the other 5. there is no molerat den problem. But I only ran this test once. I think I will just go with this game set up for now.

my save file is creeping up to 40mb, it is at 39.8 mb.
There was a thread in march with people saying anything near 40 or above the game craps out. This must be it. Another good mod concept defeated by shitty Bethesda engine

spoke too soon, the stupid game locks up more than it doesn't after numerous tries. with even less mods too.

however, with conqueror installed, it happens right away i suppose. But I dont remember molerat problems before sim settlement. too much strain on this shitty engine.

update:
well I cleared up my sim settlement related mods. removed pretty much all add ons except mega packs and leader mods. Now i can complete red rocket molerat den with conqueror installed.

Im not sure if its part of the "Starlight Drive In" cityplan but there was a frozen molerat. (I thought it was just for decoration) After killing this one I was able to complete Shamrock Taphouse quest. After thatI tried "Hidden Vault 81" but again, quicksave did not work. Why? Of course, the molerat at Starlight Drive In was back^^ Killing this one again... no issues in Vault 81.
I dont know yet if this also works in similar situations like hidden Skorpions in Vault 88 and so on...
