Bug Jib's Residential Plots Won't Build

I've had this problem for several saves. I've tried using the individual SS packs, the 3 in 1 and even installing Jib's mod on top of them. The game will randomly decide from time to time to build one of those plots, but for the most part, if I put one down, the construction goes on forever.

Yes, I've refreshed them. Yes, I've bashed the crap out of them with the Immersion Breaker Breaker, but they refuse to build. And there's one other sub-pack you include that won't build either but it escapes me. I really love Jib's plots and want to use them.

A few times I had it where refresh from ASAM/Immersion Breaker Breaker/waiting a long time/etc didn't solve it, but I was able to resolve it by picking up the plot and dropping it. Seems to "reboot" the scripts from what I have found, so long as I select just Destroy plot rather than Destroy but use same build plan. If I select "Destroy but use same build plan" it'll usually just be the same.

Hey Versus. Yeah, I've tried that too, the pick up and plop thing hehe. Deleting and rebuilding. Hammer, cursing, summoning voodoo gris gris, you name it. I give up You sort of have to select "use the same plan" because, that's what you're trying to do, no? ♥

@Rhaevyn Is this happening with MegaPack Year 1? Or with Jib's addon itself?

With the MegaPack. I just went ahead and installed Jib's mod on top and now they all build. It's the damnedest thing. I used to think it was the 3 in 1 of SS doing it, but maybe it's Mega, who knows. All I know is that if I also install Jib's mod on top of everything else, it works. Yeah, things look a bit wonky in the list of plots, but it's worth it to have the plots functional.
