I need some help with Jammer's Quest not starting

Hello all,
My problem is that the Raider messenger that informs Jammer about Ophelia is not showing up, it might have to do with me shooting this Female Raider that was stuck in a conversation with Jammer.
could anyone give me the quest code to advance it so the Raider messenger shows up and I'm able to continue the quests, I got 4 settlements under my control so I should be able to have the Ophelia quest?
Please advise.

I really don't want to do that, I play survival and takes me literally days to get stuff done, so my best bet is to get the console codes to keep on going.

I have to agree with @1ae0bfb8 in this regard. Using console commands is probably going to break your game later and you'll end up having to redo more then just what you had to do to get the quest.

I find on survival when I do redo stuff I do it quicker the second time because I know what I have to do and where to go.
