I have a few issues with Sim Settlements 2 and I am trying to identify them.

So I am not sure if SS2 modifies the Red Rocket settlement, but when I enter it I fall through the floor. This isn't ToD errors. This is literally the Red Rocket Settlement not loading the interior. Maybe I am forgetting a mod.
I get intermittent crashing when I attempt to load doors. This fixes on the restart, but it is pretty consistent.
The only Log I have is from the XSE plugin preloader. But Buffout 4 will not provide any logs. You will see in the xSE plugin loader that none of my plugins are loading (I may need to consult nexus on this). Current theory for this is the location of the folder but steam is being a butt and won't let me move the directory on the C Drive (which is a ssd).
Additionally, I figured my load order was a problem but I keep getting cyclic errors when trying to move SS2 all the way to the bottom (Kind of like how you treat Diamond City expansion or the Bleachers).

I have attached any available logs I have as well as my load order. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Only file that got uploaded was my load order, I don't know why that is. They are all ".Log"

Nobody else has reported that issue (with the floor in RedRocket being absent), and I'm standing there ingame right now without any issues. I do spot another mod there in your list that alters that space though - "Eli_Rockin Red Rocket" - which 100% makes significant changes to that location.
