There are some great institute mods out there. These are workbenches from Phase4

There is also a whole residential zone. No pics's they all look like the others. You could easily become lost. Then in the Robotics division there are some plain labs. enh20201016211022_1.jpg
Then there is a command center and director's quarters separate from the vanilla one in Father's The place os staffed with synths & courser guards. The synths come basically naked, so I made a group of uniforms for the women to wear.

A new mod just came out from Radbeetle that changes up the synth textures. Awesome! ENH20201114110748_1.jpgIt all becomes a moot point if you turn it into a radiactive crater....

Damn that's nice...I've only ever once gone through F/H, it was broken in that playthrough.

Thanks much. It's far from being done. Dalton Farm is one of those places where you need to take the terrain into account. I would have liked to have the house foundation lower to the ground. But there is a ton of grass and shrubbery that you can't get rid of... Having swaying bushes clip through a structure's floor is not very realistic at all.

I actually haven't. I've looked at it though. Does it get rid of tall grass too?
There is one particularly obnoxious tall grass that it shrinks down in height (see the optional Shorter Forest Grass version of the BA2).
 
I will do that. If it works, it will become a permanent part of my load order.
Let me know if there’s any issues, I have done quite a few “tweak” fixes for things. I’ve also not had the chance to give it a solid run at Far Harbour yet - though I know people who have and they’ve not had issues.
