I can't seen to find this answer anywhere. Do settlements automatically build industrial plots if you have industrial revolution + rise of the commonwealth installed?

How many industrial plots are built if so? Frequency? Are they part of default city plans?

I may not remember correctly but I think ADV Industrial is the one you have to build yourself?

The % of other plots would be dependent on the author of city plan.

I assume that if they used no industrial in a city plan you would have to do that yourself.

You likely have to read the mod page of the city plans you use and see if the author has it listed?

Adv Industrial plots are from Industrial Revolution, normal industrials are from the main SS mod. So if a city plan has any adv industrial, you should have IR installed

Yes.

All regular Industrial Plots build.
The First Stage of Advanced industrial builds. When it is time to upgrade, you can select what you want it to be. Or leave it on auto-upgrade and SimSettlements will give you a semi-random choice.

It depends on the plan, and yes, they are in some of the base plans. I think Murkwater has an oil well.

Third party plans, such as my own also have them. My own plans often have a big fat signboard telling you what upgrades you should pick.

Is there a way to use RotC on a settlement but to block of something you built so it isn’t scrapped? I have a structure in sanctuary that I spent a massive amount of time on that I don’t want to lose but I want to use RotC on sanctuary.
