No Response Designer's Choice?

If i activate the designer's choice of plots for city building after the city have been built, how can i apply them? I Have two cities lvl 2 and would like to not start over in order to apply this.

Have you tried using 'refresh settlement' on the city management desk?

The refresh settlement only affects objects placed like walls or stairs and not actual plots.

Ah, of course.

The only other thing I can think of is to manually delete all of the offending plots and then refresh the city. Still somewhat laborious.

Designer's Choice On or Off runs only when the city builds OR when a new settler arrives at a plot that hasn't yet been built by another settler. Existing plots must manually and individually be changed through the ASAM sensor. You could go to the Planner Desk and restart your city at the Foundation level.
