Solved Conqueror question

Can I start the game on a current save? Or does it have to be a new game? Also I didn't know this existed so I was using Rise of the Commonwealth. Will these 2 conflict? Should I uninstall ROTC?

Conqueror actually requires Rise of the Commonwealth for some of its features to work, so no they don't conflict. With Conqueror it's best to start a new game as most, if not all of its features get setup at the beginning of a game.

Will I encounter problems in the game if I don't start a new game?

I don't think so. I think you'll just miss out on the extra content. Most of what it does is optional and set off at the start of the game.
Got it thanks! So if I start a new game with this, should I still activate Sim Settlements afterward? Or no need for that if I want Conqueror's autonomous settlement building?

Conqueror requires Sim Settlements, so you'll need it already active to use conquerer at all. Rise of the Commonwealth will be needed to run prebuilds of settlements, you'll also probably wish to have some of the city plan add-ons for a bit of variety.

Sorry, I know I need Sim Settlements, I meant to ask if I still need to activate Rise of the Commonwealth through the city planner to start Conqueror's autonomous settlement building.

For the Conqueror auto build of settlements, you do need to start a new game. Either build in bathroom or right before you leave the vault (enable Conqueror at this point)

See @RayBo guide on baking a save.
