Conquer the Institute mod compatibility

I really want to install the Conquer the Institute mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/54248) , but i am afraid it would break something with scripts. I can live with broken logic of mod not taking into the account me not destroying the Institute, but having something break would suck.
Also the Extended Dialogue Interface, one of the mod's requirements, also makes me uncertain. Please help.
 
Seems like there's only one way to find out. At this point no one really knows yet if other and more popular alternate endings mods work properly with it. Though you shouldn't really need any vanilla factions to complete SS2. XDI might complicate things, but up to chapter 2 there was a patch for it and at some point it was included in the mod.
