xEdit, is the generic name.
For each game, you change x to TES5, TES4, FO4, FNV and so on ^-^

Yeah, people just call it "xedit" so they don't have to clarify between TESVEdit and FO4Edit (which are basically the same tool)

I would just point out the importance of both manual and automated cleaning if you've created a mod. Look through all changes to make sure they're ones you intended, especially worldspace changes. Then do the automated cleaning part.
