City Plan Suggestions Please

Hi! I'm a new player to FO4. I just found out about SS and I love the concept but I haven't been able to find a city plan that I like. Can anyone please suggest city plans that have a clean look instead of the post-apocalyptic, grungy aesthetic? I'd like settlements that are structured, tidy and clean but not overly pristine. Thank you!

take a look at the wiki and nexus mods - all the city plans are on there.
if you don't find one you like, then the fact that you can create and publish your own may be something you are interested in? Kinggath has an entire ecosystem set up to allow anyone to build and publish their city plans. The city plan contest is something I personally look forward to each month because there are some incredibly talented city plan builders out there who are brilliant at designing and capturing the feel of an apocalyptic wasteland.

Thank you for your reply! I've already looked through the wiki and nexus but couldn't find a comprehensive list. There'd be close-ups or aerial screenshots but many of them aren't properly labeled. The City Plan master list on the wiki isn't even close to complete: https://simsettlements.com/web/wiki/index.php?title=City_Plans. I'd appreciate it if you know another master list?

there can only be one master list, otherwise, it's just a list. :)
You need to understand that everything here is done on a voluntary basis by people giving up massive amounts of their time, so it's a constant work in progress.

Since scrap everything breaks SS potentially, I dont think any of the city plans are clean in terms of like those that use homemaker etc.

The suggestion of make your own is best.

John
