City Plan Not Scrapping

Hi all,

I'm new to Sim Settlements, so my apologies if this is a common question that I've missed.

I've made a City Plan, exported it, and used the Web Tool to create an ESL; but, when I load the plan on a new save (using the one with the City Plan mod), none of the vanilla items in the settlement are being scrapped. Is this a common issue? Does anyone know if this is likely: a bug in my game? a bug in my plan? a setting I need to activate?

Mod List:
  • Console Name Fix 1.2
  • Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE)
  • HUDFramework 1.0f
  • Mod Configuration Menu 1.39
  • Place Everywhere - Place (Fallout4 1.10.163 - latest release)
  • Remove Fallout 4 Updates From Main Menu - Removed Creation Club BS
  • Sim Settlements 2
  • Sim Settlements 2: City Plan Contest Assistant
  • Wasteland Reconstruction Kit
  • Workshop Framework
  • Workshop Plus
Any help/advice appreciated.

Thanks,

Barry

It should be scrapping the same items you scrapped in your saves.

Which settlement did you build? It's always possible some of our scrap data stored on the web tool server needs to be updated.

Croup Manor.

I just experienced this at Red Rocket after exporting and testing. Though it's not 100% of items. The loose tires, some tire piles and the weapon workbench reappeared. Some of these might be because I moved them instead of scrapping them, but the loose tires were just scrapped.

I'm going to export the final version as a non leveled city plan, load it into the game, scrap the unwanted items again and then make a new set of exported levels to see if that fixes the problem.

If something vanilla isn't scrapping, just scrap it in your custom "fully scrapped" scrap profile. Works as far as I can tell

Tagging onto this, had issues with the scrap profiles at Somerville Place. Posted it here and included intact and fully-scrapped exports so the web tool can be updated.
