[Bug?] Somerville Place scrap profiles in the City Plan V2 Plugin Creator

The scrap profiles for Somerville Place on a plan generated using the cpV2 tool do not seem to be working properly - when the plan is installed and leveled up in the clean save provided with the City Plan Contest Assistant, trees that were scrapped at all levels of the plan are left present, creating odd clipping and collisions. In particular, I noticed this today with my Fort Somerville plan that I created on 29 March, and I captured the images of the un-scraped trees today sticking through placed items, each image at a different level of the city plan.

Should/can the default scrap profiles for the City Plan V2 Plugin Creator for Somerville be updated? I have attached the intact and fully-scrapped settlement layout exports as a .zip for ease of doing so.

Does this happen only when using the default scrap profile on the server? Does the city plan do this when generate the plan with a custom scrap profile?

This happens when using the default scrap profile on the server. I've just updated the plan using a custom scrap profile (using the scrap layouts attached to the original post), and the offending items are gone - images of the same area of the plan are attached here, and you can see how the vegetation is cleared.
