As the title says, after completing the assault (i.e. killing all the settlers in the area) the quest for that checks as completed but no further steps are suggested and Jammer will just keep saying his "the guys are waiting for you..." line. Progressing to the next quest stage with console commands also doesn't work.

Dag nabbit! I thought we had worked out all of the kinks in the early quests.
Can you please post your qst results so that we can see exactly where the quest is stuck? (I think it's qst. the command that shows all the quest stages.)

I posted your issue on the Consolidated Conqueror Concerns thread here and also made a bug report for it on the official Conq Quest Bug forum.
We had a lot of issues with Jammer's early quests in the beginning, but I thought they were all sorted.
Silly question, but you are running the latest and greatest version of SS and Conq, right?

This is not a bug with Conqueror - likely a mod has overwritten something from Workshop Framework.
If you wait 24 hours, the assault should fail and you should be able to try again. If it doesn't you'll want to roll back your save and try again. If it continues to repeat this issue, you'll need to determine what the conflicting mod is.
