Resolved Can't Assign leader to some settlements

Yea well this happened mid game when i had updated SS/RotC to 3.1.3. So i started a fresh game to see if that would fix it and now its not working. So Nothing changed but SS/RotC
 
I even tried loading the game up with just Unoffical patch SS/IR/RotC and Sim Settlements 33 mayors. Got to where i needed to be and i'm still getting the message.

they are ! you really dont want to understand dude ... most of the issues users ( 90% ) have with mods is because they screw the game themself... right now sim settlement and rotc dont have big bug just some minors things. your crash is 100% due of your mods and uninstalation you did or mods conflict you have. The only CTD that guy have is because ROCT add too many obejts in settlement and this issues can be even without ROTC if you build yourself too many objects.

BTW now you can't use leader if you dont discover in game before. So is not a bug my friend :) If you want to use Blake you need to discover abernathy farm if oyu want the finch you need to discover finch farm etc wasn't the case before ( and is better like this because wasn't really good to have a guy for leader you never meet in game )

Yeah and you insult the sim settlement team when you post everywhere " my CTD are from your mod !!!!! " that all your post want to say with your ironic. BTW dont worry i will ignore you from now so have a nice day and Adios

I figured that part was a bug but i was trying to use Professor Goodfeels At the sunshine co-op but it wasn't saying i could use him with the mod that allows you to.
EDIT: Also your response makes you sound like you're going "Eureka i found your fault!" in a smug tone even tho i said originally i was trying to get Goodfeels.

Is that the unofficial patch with or without the DLC? I see the one without listed as a known problematic mod...not sure about others. The devs have said that mods that add new followers/leaders should work but maybe it's something that the mod author has to add support for, that I don't know. I have a couple of mods that add more SS leaders so we know it's possible.

Goodfeels have quest related so maybe is because of that he dont ( even in vanilla is bugged ) work for you did you tryed to discover others people ?
Edit : you can ear smug ton when you read damn x) but you are wrong.

With DLC. I have all DLC. Bought the season pass when it was originally cheaper.

So i started another new game and went to starlight first then opened up sunshine co op. Activated the bench there and left it alone for a couple of in game days. Came back and goodfeels was gone but i was able to finally select him as a mayor.

already did it. he was so annoying :D, is so more fresh now and i can breath again :D haha

Yea but now i have a settler stuck in a loop of handing me out radiant quests about problems across the wasteland that is no threat to that very settlement. So now i have to open up another settlement and have her die via deathclaw cause she won't stop.

Yea pretty much. I set up a settlement just for putting settlers like them to the claw. Since the radiant quests are poorly set up you end up with "problems" on the other side of the map that would have to go through several locations to make it to this settlement.
